Larry O'Callaghan

Larry O'Callaghan will be available to discuss the benefits of "Tax-Deferred-Exchanges" using IRC Sec: 1031 for clients. He is a resident of Fargo, ND and grew up in the south-central part of North Dakota near Hazelton. He spent his youth working on the family farm. Pifer’s Auction & Realty appointed him as a realtor in April of 2006. Larry was a licensed life and health agent from 1974 till 2016. He was a Registered Representative and Financial Advisor from 1983 till his retirement in 2013. Larry served as INREIT Real Estate Investment Trust’s (now known as Sterling Multi-Family Trust), first Chairman of the Board and retired June of 2013 as a Board of Trustee member. He served as a Trustee for Missouri Valley REIT from April 2014 thru May 2018. His work experience includes raising millions of new investment capital for Real Estate Investment Trusts since 1994. He also has an extensive background in many other investment related areas.
