Auction Note: This unique 40 +/- acre development land is on the west side of Mandan at the end of Highland Rd. This parcel features hills and valleys that slope from east to west. The land is a mix of native and domestic grasses, with a good amount of sweet clover this year, and is fenced with three barbed wires.

 

Note: There is a PRIVATE ROAD just to the east of the property, but it is PRIVATE and DOES NOT access the south end of the 40 acres.

Driving Directions: From I-94 Exit #152 (Sunset Exit) in Mandan, ND, turn north and proceed to the stoplight. Turn left onto Old Red Trail NW and travel approximately 1.5 miles to Highland Rd.Head northwest for 0.8 miles until the road curves west.  Continue for an additional 0.5 miles, totaling 1.3 miles on Highland Rd., which becomes 37th St. at the northeast corner of the property. Please note, the property is accessible only by foot for viewing.
