From Leeds, ND, go 2.5 miles west on ND Hwy. #2 to 52th Ave. NE. Go 3 miles north on 52th Ave. NE (This will transition to 54th Ave.)  to the southeast corner of parcel 1. Go 1 mile north on 54th Ave. NE to the southwest corner of parcel 2, then continue north 1.2 miles and turn west on 66th St. NE. Here you will be at the southeast corner of parcel 3.
