Parcel 2: From Carpio, ND, head north on Hwy. #28 for 9 miles. Then proceed west on 80th St. NW for 2 miles to the NE corner of parcel 2. 

Parcel 3: From Carpio, ND, head north on Hwy. #28 for 7 miles. The intersection of Hwy. #28 and 78th St. NW marks the SE corner of the property.
