Driving Directions

From Hermosa, SD: Travel southwest on SD-36 W for approximately 4.5 miles to VIP Rd., then drive west for .75 miles to the entrance to the property

 

To Parcels 2-10: (Spring Ranch – 679.47 Acres)

From Hermosa, SD: start by following the same route from Hermosa, traveling southwest on SD-36 W for 4.5 miles to VIP Rd. Instead of turning, continue on SD-36 W for another 1.5 miles until you reach Rittberger Rd. Turn south onto Rittberger Rd. and drive 2 miles until you reach a “T” intersection at Cobb Rd. Turn west onto Cobb Rd. and follow it for 1 mile as it curves south. Continue south for another 0.5 miles to reach the northeast corner of the property. Proceed an additional 0.5 miles, where the property will be located on both sides of the road.
